This policy explains what HealthyFresh.Food collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and mobile apps.
1. What we collect
Your account details (name, email), the preferences you set in the planner (late nights, household size, dietary choices), and the weeks and recipes you save to your profile. On our apps we also collect basic device information and crash reports so we can fix problems.
2. How we use it
To build your weekly plan, sync your saved weeks between the website and the app, and improve our meal recommendations. We send service emails about your account; marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your dietary preferences with advertisers. We do not read your saved weeks for anything other than showing them back to you and improving your own recommendations.
4. Sharing
We use a small number of service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under contract. We disclose data only when required by law.
5. Your controls
You can view, export, or delete your data at any time from your profile settings in the app, or by emailing devteam@matched.cv. Deleting your account removes your saved weeks and preferences within 30 days.
