By using HealthyFresh.Food — the website or the mobile apps — you agree to these terms.
1. The service
HealthyFresh suggests three-day meal plans and links to recipes and cooking videos based on the preferences you provide. Plans are suggestions, not medical or nutritional advice — check with a professional for specific dietary requirements or allergies.
2. Your account
You need a profile and, when paid saving launches, an active membership to save meal plans. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be 16 or older to create one.
3. Free plan & subscriptions
Meal suggestions can be tried without an account, subject to usage limits. A free profile includes three successful meal requests total; refreshing does not reset this allowance. Failed requests do not count. When checkout opens, a seven-day pass costs US$4.99 once with no automatic renewal, or monthly membership costs US$9.99 through Stripe. Both include planning and saving, subject to service usage limits. The pass expires seven days after activation. Monthly membership renews until cancelled. Use Manage membership to cancel future renewals; access continues through the paid period shown in your billing portal. No payment is collected until you complete Stripe checkout.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute our recipes, plans, or videos; don’t interfere with the service or attempt to access other users’ accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content & ownership
Recipes, videos, and the planner are ours or our licensors’. Your saved weeks and preferences are yours; you grant us a licence to store and process them solely to provide the service.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes & contact
