By using HealthyFresh.Food — the website or the mobile apps — you agree to these terms.
1. The service
HealthyFresh generates weekly meal plans, shopping lists, recipes, and cook-along videos based on the preferences you provide. Plans are suggestions, not medical or nutritional advice — check with a professional for specific dietary requirements or allergies.
2. Your account
You need an account to save weeks to your profile and to sync between the website and the app. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be 16 or older to create one.
3. Free plan & subscriptions
Planning a week on the web is free. Some features — cook-along videos, offline recipes, household sharing — may require a paid subscription in the app. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled there.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute our recipes, plans, or videos; don’t interfere with the service or attempt to access other users’ accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content & ownership
Recipes, videos, and the planner are ours or our licensors’. Your saved weeks and preferences are yours; you grant us a licence to store and process them solely to provide the service.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes & contact
