- 1 onion
- 700g mushrooms
- 15g fresh parsley
- 200g sour cream
- 500g tagliatelle
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 vegetable stock cube
Method
- 01Sear the mushrooms in batches until deeply golden.
- 02Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes until soft.
- 03Add paprika, mustard and stock; simmer 10 minutes.
- 04Stir in the sour cream, toss with tagliatelle and parsley.
