Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 750g beef mince
  • 50g parmesan
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 beef stock cube

Method

  1. 01Soften onion, carrot and garlic in olive oil for 8 minutes.
  2. 02Brown the beef mince well; add tomato puree and cook 2 minutes.
  3. 03Add chopped tomatoes, oregano and stock; simmer 25 minutes.
  4. 04Cook the spaghetti, toss through the sauce, finish with parmesan.
