- 4 cloves garlic
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 200g spinach
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 2 cans cannellini beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Method
- 01Soften garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil.
- 02Add chopped tomatoes, oregano and chilli flakes; simmer 10 minutes.
- 03Stir in the beans and spinach until the spinach wilts.
- 04Rest 2 minutes, then serve with crusty bread.
